A wonderful article I read today that goes along with a speech David Goggins gave. If you don't know David Goggins or have never heard of him, he is an "American ultramarathon runner, ultra-distance cyclist, triathlete, motivational speaker and author. He is a retired United States Navy SEAL and former United States Air Force Tactical Air Control Party member who served in the Iraq War." He is truly inspirational and motivational. Listen to people who motivate you should be included in your daily life. It is in mine and has helped me grow and develop as a person.
